WEEK 2:
- Wed 10/1 – 6:00 PM –9:00 PM (Online)
- Fri 10/3 – 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (In-Person)
- Sat 10/4 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Person)
- Sun 10/5 – 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (In-Person)
WEEK 3:
- Wed 10/8 – 6:00 PM –9:00 PM (Online)
- Fri 10/10 – 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (In-Person)
- Sat 10/11 – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (In-Person)
- Sun 10/12 – 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (In-Person)
Training Expectations
- 75% Practice & Practice Teaching
Including 1-on-1 sessions, round-robin, peer feedback, and a final 60-minute class presentation. - 25% Lecture, Posture Clinic, and Anatomy
Learn functional biomechanics, posture alignment principles, and trauma-informed methodology.
