Deep Listening: Restorative Yoga & Spoken Poetry

Join us for a deeply nourishing experience where you may honor yourself with gratitude. This workshop weaves restorative yoga practices together with healing poetry read by a supportive guide.

New Year’s resolutions often carry cultural pressure to “try hard” during a time when the natural world rests in stillness. In this quiet time of Winter, we too are invited to pause, to breathe, to soften. This practice offers space to find balance in naturally introspective time. We offer you this container to “try softer” and treat yourself with kindness.

MARCH 2026

March 11–18, 2026 | Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs, Colorado

A Retreat + Immersion in Nature, Philosophy & Self-Realization

March 11–18, 2026 | Elements of Yoga

Imagine a week where time softens, the mind quiets, and the mountains do the teaching.

Elements of Yoga is a rare retreat and training experience designed for those who feel called to go deeper—into yoga philosophy, into nature, and into the essential questions of life itself. Hosted at the breathtaking Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs, this immersion unfolds in a Rocky Mountain postcard setting: perched at 7,000 feet, overlooking the Crystal River, with majestic Mt. Sopris rising above it all.

Designed around the natural rock formations of the valley, Avalanche Ranch features three cascading natural hot springs pools, each offering privacy, tranquility, and the medicine of mineral-rich waters. Day or night, you’ll soak beneath the stars, beside waterfalls and grottos, held by the land itself.
Elements of Yoga is an invitation—to soak, study, wander, wonder, and remember who you are.

The mountains are calling. The springs are warm. The inquiry is timeless.
