      Food & Farm
At Finca Mia—“My Farm”—food is an essential part of the experience. Everything is rooted in the farm-to-table philosophy, with fresh produce grown on the property whenever possible and ingredients sourced from trusted local farmers, producers, and markets throughout the surrounding area.
The Finca’s gardens are cultivated using permaculture practices that work in harmony with nature, and the farm is free from pesticides and other agrochemicals, supporting healthy soil, abundant gardens, and nourishing food. Fresh vegetables, herbs, fruits, and other seasonal ingredients make their way directly from the gardens into the kitchen and onto the table.
Meals are prepared by local chefs and thoughtfully curated day by day, creating a beautiful blend of fresh, seasonal ingredients and masterful cuisine inspired by the region. Guests enjoy three home-cooked meals each day, along with fresh spring water, fruit-infused water, herbal teas, smoothies, and other nourishing offerings.
At the heart of Finca Mia is La Cocina, the family-style kitchen and dining space where everyone gathers to share meals, conversation, and connection. From wood-fired pizza nights to vibrant garden-fresh dishes and beautifully prepared local cuisine, every meal is designed to be an experience—not simply something to eat.
Dietary needs are welcome and can be accommodated, with menus thoughtfully adapted to support individual dietary preferences and requirements.
And for the Blueprint for BioVitality Group, guests will experience a special Thanksgiving Dinner—a bespoke culinary experience created exclusively for our group, celebrating gratitude, abundance, connection, and the extraordinary local flavors of Costa Rica.
At Finca Mia, the journey from soil → garden → kitchen → table is part of the practice.

      Itinerary / Daily Rhythm
Each day at Blueprint for BioVitality follows a natural rhythm designed to align your body with light, movement, nourishment, learning, and rest.
Mornings begin gently and intentionally. As the jungle awakens, we gather for sunrise ritual, light exposure, breathwork, and meditation. Invigorating yoga practices follow — blending strength, mobility, fluid sequencing, and conscious awareness to activate your system for the day ahead. After practice, we enjoy a vibrant, nourishing breakfast overlooking the mountains.
Midday is devoted to embodied learning and exploration. Workshops, posture clinics, somatic movement labs, ecology immersions, and nourishment intensives are woven with time in nature. Some days include guided hikes, waterfall excursions, thermal bath visits, or time for reflection and journaling. Lunch is shared in community, offering space to integrate and connect.
Afternoons create balance between activation and restoration. You may explore advanced movement training, nervous system education, strength and endurance work, or deep relaxation practices. There is also intentional space built in for rest — whether that means a nap in a hammock, a quiet moment with your journal, or a swim beneath the jungle canopy.
Evenings transition toward downregulation and integration. Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, NSDR, or restorative practices support recovery and nervous system recalibration. After dinner, we gather for firelight conversations, storytelling, ritual, music, satsang, or silence beneath the stars.
Throughout the week, the rhythm is purposeful yet spacious — structured enough to build momentum and learning, yet open enough to allow the land, the weather, and the community to shape the experience organically.
This is not a rigid schedule.
It is a living cadence designed to restore your BioVitality.
