This 75-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Module is 1/4 of Hineni Yoga School’s 300-Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training—and it’s also a rejuvenating retreat for anyone who loves yoga, nature, and personal evolution.
Held in the heart of the Colorado Rockies at the picturesque Avalanche Ranch, this 7-night immersion is your invitation to study, reset, and come alive.

During Elements of Yoga at Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs, we’ll gather as a small, intentional group of no more than 12 students, sharing Cabin 1 and Cabin 10—cozy mountain homes designed for connection, rest, and deep immersion in practice.

Each participant enjoys a dedicated single bed or futon couch, while sharing warm, welcoming common spaces that invite conversation, quiet reflection, and community. Imagine waking to fresh snowfall, sipping morning tea by the stove, and soaking under the stars after a full day of training.

Cabin Details

Cabin #10 – Great Outdoors (Max 6 guests):
Two bedrooms (1 queen; 1 queen + 1 twin), full futon, gas log stove, shower, complete kitchen. Parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Cabin #1 – Mountain Heights (Max 6 guests):
One bedroom + loft (queen bed, queen mattress in loft), full futon couch, full kitchen, gas log stove. Parking for up to 2 vehicles.

Open around the clock (closed Wednesdays 9am–5pm for cleaning), the hot springs offer a serene, family-friendly environment—clothing required, no pets in the pool area, no glass or smoking. Guests must sign a waiver. With sweeping views of Mt. Sopris, Elephant Mountain, and Avalanche Creek Valley, this pristine setting is an unparalleled place to restore body and spirit in natural hot mineral waters.
