The Blueprint: Five Pillars of BioVitality

🕉
Yoga
& Self-Realization

The heart of BioVitality begins with your inner world — the ancient technologies of yoga that guide you toward union, wisdom, and self-mastery. Explore the principles of Kriya, Karma, Bhakti, and Jnana yoga alongside modern spiritual frameworks. You’ll dive into practices and philosophies that help you answer: How do I live? Who am I? What am I here for?

☸️
Nature
& Ecology

Reconnect to your biological and cosmic nature. This pillar bridges ancient elemental teachings with modern ecology and physiology, from the quantum to the communal. You’ll discover how light, sun exposure, circadian rhythms, microbiomes, and the Earth’s magnetic intelligence influence your energy and immunity.

☯️
Movement
& Somatics

Learn to feel and know through the body. This pillar emphasizes nervous system literacy, performance optimization, and daily embodiment. You’ll explore practices that regulate arousal and rest, build strength and resilience, and unlock intuitive wisdom through movement.

⚛️
Alchemy of
Nourishment

What you consume is what you become — and that includes light, food, water, medicine, and thought. This pillar empowers you with a grounded and personalized approach to nutrition, hydration, and energy management that draws from ancient healing systems and cutting-edge science.

☮️
Community
&  Connection

Vitality cannot exist in isolation. This pillar explores the human need for belonging, expression, and attunement. You’ll learn to cultivate authentic relationships and community structures that regulate the nervous system, support emotional health, and help you remember who you are through the mirror of others.

This is a re-education of the self — a deep remembering of how to live well, together, and in rhythm with what is real. It is for seekers, teachers, biohackers, yogis, healers, and anyone ready to reclaim vitality as their natural state.

A Weeklong Journey of

Rhythm, Restoration & Remembering

*Sample Itinerary Schedule |  Programming is Not Guaranteed and is Subject to Change and Availability*

This isn’t just a retreat or a yoga teacher training. It’s a living, breathing experience designed to awaken your innate intelligence, reset your internal rhythms, and reattune you to the vibrant energy that pulses through all of life.

Each day of Blueprint for BioVitality is a chapter in a greater unfolding — an intentional rhythm that moves from light to dark, sky to earth, sea to self. Through movement, meditation, learning, and deep rest, you’ll enter into a process that’s both ancient and emergent: the embodiment of vitality, not as a concept, but as a lived truth.

We don’t tell you what to find here — we invite you to feel it. The elements will speak. The rhythms will rise. And somewhere between breath and presence, nature and neuroscience, you’ll begin to remember.

This is not a retreat that pulls you away from your life — it’s one that shows you how to truly live it.

This sample itinerary gives you glimpse of this meaningful week in the jungles of Costa Rica.

Is Blueprint for BioVitality for You?

Yes—absolutely. Blueprint for BioVitality is for anyone and everyone who craves vitality, connection, and deep well-being. You do not need to be a yoga teacher, and you do not need to be on a certification path. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast, a curious seeker, a seasoned yogi, or simply someone who wants to feel good again, this 75-hour immersive experience in the lush Costa Rican jungle is your invitation to reconnect with your body, spirit, and nature. All levels are welcome, and every activity—yoga, meditation, movement—is optional. This retreat is a sanctuary for those who radically love themselves or are ready to learn how, and for those who are tired of feeling stuck in their embodiment and are ready for something different.

For yoga teachers working toward their RYT 500, this module counts as 75 hours toward your 300 Hour YTT through Hineni Yoga School.

But most importantly, this is for anyone seeking a soul-nourishing reset, a vibrant community, and tools to sustain BioVitality long after you return home. If you’re ready to LIVE Yoga, feel amazing, and thrive—join us at Finca Mia this Thanksgiving. Your jungle tribe awaits.
